Cod liver and apple appetiser

Cut the apple into thin slices

With the help of a mould, shape it into a round shape.

Open the pomegranate, deseed and set aside.

Open the tin of cod liver and set aside.

Melt a spoonful of sugar and butter in a frying pan.

Brown the apple slices, taking care not to break them.

Turn off the heat and keep warm.

Place the apple slices on a piece of toast.

Add pieces of cod liver.

Garnish with some pomegranate seeds
