Coconut milk
Sea lettuce
Salt and black pepper
Cut the cucumber into thin slices and add to a bowl.
Chop some spring onion
Add the onion to the bowl
Cut the peppers into slices
Chop fresh cilantro and set aside
Open the can of razor clams and set aside.
Add the juice of a squeezed lime and a pinch of salt
Add the tin of razor clams and their juice
Add 2 tablespoons of coconut milk and the sliced peppers.
Fresh cilantro, sea lettuce and ground pepper.
Mix and leave to marinate for 5 minutes before serving.
