Bloody mary

Chill the glass with ice and remove excess water.

Add salt and black pepper

Squeeze half a lemon

Add a generous dash of Espinaler Sauce

Add a generous dash of Salsa Espinaler Hot Sauce to taste

Add the juice from a can of razor clams

Pour in 5cl of NUT Basic Gin

6cl of Espinaler White Vermouth

15cl of tomato juice

Serve leaving the ice out

Garnish with a sprig of celery and a skewer to taste.
