We are looking for someone with consistent experience in catering, whose mission will be to provide the best possible welcome to our guests and impeccable service, so they always feel at home, guaranteeing an exceptional dining experience for our customers while remaining true to our brand values: quality and tradition.
As a waiter at Espinaler, your key responsibilities will be as follows:
- Customer service.
- Taking orders with professionalism and precision.
- Providing product advice to our guests, paying attention to their tastes and preferences.
- Selling products on our menu, as well as linking sales with products available in our store.
- Keeping the public and work areas clean and tidy, as well as utensils, machinery, and work tools.
- Preparing orders at the bar.
- Immediate availability.
- Proven experience as a waiter, serving customers, serving, and at the bar.
- Good appearance, friendly, and approachable demeanour.
- Service-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and participatory attitude.
- Teamwork is an essential requirement.
- Salary according to collective bargaining agreement.
- Permanent contract.
- Working hours: 40 hours per week.
- Schedule: Available Monday through Sunday mornings and holidays, and weekend afternoons (full availability in summer). Two days off per week.
- Vacation: 30 calendar days.
