Cut the potatoes into strips
Place the potatoes in a bowl

Pour romesco sauce into the frying pan and stir
Cut the octopus into slices
Place the sauce on the plate and assemble the potatoes and octopus.
Dress with spicy Espinaler sauce
Add salt flakes all around
