Braised octopus with romesco sauce and potatoes

Cut the potatoes into strips

Place the potatoes in a bowl

Pour olive oil into the frying pan.

Cook the octopus on both sides and remove it when it is golden brown.

Pour romesco sauce into the frying pan and stir
