Ganxet bean and octopus salad

Cut red onion into julienne strips

Add it to a bowl

Slice radishes into thin slices

Cut green pepper into small squares

Peel the tomato with the help of a tomato peeler.

Remove the seeds

Add the beans, previously drained in water.

Add rocket and mix everything together

Add salt, black pepper and olive oil.

Open the can of octopus and set aside.

Serve on a plate and finish by adding the octopus.
