Lentil and sardine salad

PREPARATION

Cut the red onion.

Cut the radishes into thin slices.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Finely chop some fresh mint leaves.

Open the piquillo peppers and cut into strips.

Add the lentils, previously drained in water.

Season with oil, salt and pepper.

Add the chopped mint and mix.

Serve and decorate with the sardines.
