Open 2 cans of Espinaler Mussels
Pour the fish stock into a saucepan
Pour in the mussel water
Pour in half a bottle of cava
Heat the stock and fry the chopped garlic
Add the chopped onion and salt
Pour in the crushed tomatoes and stir
Add the rice and toast it
Add the hot stock and stir
Allow the stock to evaporate
Add the mussels to the cooked rice
Finally, add the parsley
